Elsewhere on site, significant progress has been made on Plots 4, 5 and 6. Our team has been working diligently to advance these areas, and considerable strides have been achieved in both construction and finishing stages. This week, we have commenced the excavation of the foundations for Plots 5 and 6 in preparation for the upcoming concrete pour. Our team is focused on ensuring that the groundwork is meticulously completed to meet structural requirements and project timelines.

Significant progress has been achieved at the Oak Gardens site over the past week. The groundwork for Plot 6 has been successfully completed, with the area fully pegged out in preparation for the scheduled cement pour next week.

Today, we received the delivery of a drying room container, ensuring our site team is well-prepared for the upcoming winter months. This facility will provide a comfortable space for staff to dry and store equipment during colder weather, supporting continued productivity on-site.

Significant internal progress has been made on Plots 7 and 8 this week. Key highlights include the initiation of fascia installation on the front elevation of the sunroom, marking a pivotal step in the external detailing.

Internal developments include the stairwell recesses having been precisely cut to accommodate the installation of low-level LED lighting, enhancing both functionality and aesthetics. Door frames have been successfully fitted, and skirting boards and architrave have been installed, advancing the completion of interior finishes.

Site-wide construction: Brick and blockwork are progressing well across four other properties, moving steadily toward key construction milestones.
