This week, our team at JDH Decorators has delivered exceptional work on the interior painting for Plots 7 and 8. In addition, the stunning bespoke staircase, expertly crafted and supplied by CP Joinery, has now been fully completed.

These properties feature generously sized utility rooms designed to accommodate the cylinders, along with fitted cabinets that match the kitchens. Each room also includes a sink, ensuring the space is both practical and efficiently utilised

Plots 7 and 8 are progressing well, with the kitchens nearing completion, internal doors now installed, the cylinder fitted, and the utility rooms beginning to take shape. All works are being carried out to a high standard by our skilled team of joiners at CTL Joinery.

The cylinders are supplied by Stiebel Eltron in Ellesmere Port, a company that provides both practical and technical support for their air-source heat pump systems. Their expertise ensures reliable performance and seamless integration with our installations.

Plots 1–6 have now successfully reached full brickwork completion, marking a significant milestone in the build schedule. Several of these plots have also progressed to the internal finish stages, with plaster boarding and plastering already completed. This puts them in an excellent position for the upcoming phases of work, including the installation of joinery, mechanical and electrical components, and the initial decorating stages. The project remains on track, with each plot advancing smoothly through its planned construction timeline.

This week, our bricklaying team has made excellent progress on Plot 5, with substantial advancement in both the blockwork and brickwork. Their consistent effort and attention to detail have kept us on track with the construction schedule, and the quality of workmanship continues to meet our high standards.

The roof trusses for Plot 5 have already been delivered to site courtesy from our supplier TG Builders and are scheduled to be installed within the next two weeks, marking another key milestone in the build programme.

Elsewhere on site, the DPC (damp-proof course) has been completed throughout Plot 4, preparing the property for the installation of underfloor heating by our plumber @Finnies Heating & Plumbing
