Bespoke Modern Commercial Offices – Godscroft House, Godscroft Lane

This detached, two storey, office building is accessed through a modern reception area, with an impressive stairwell and lift, providing access to the first floor.

The Ground floor comprises a large open walkway leading to a large canteen kitchen / staff breakout area, gym with shower facilities, server room, a number of store rooms, two good sized board rooms and three further meeting rooms.

The first floor is configured to offer a largely open plan workspace and five individual office spaces. Full suite WC facilities are available on both ground and first floors.

The office has been built to a high specification throughout with decorative plaster and painted works, glass balustrades, suspended ceiling with modern LED lighting.
