Plots 7 and 8 are progressing well, with the kitchens nearing completion, internal doors now installed, the cylinder fitted, and the utility rooms beginning to take shape. All works are being carried out to a high standard by our skilled team of joiners at CTL Joinery.

The cylinders are supplied by Stiebel Eltron in Ellesmere Port, a company that provides both practical and technical support for their air-source heat pump systems. Their expertise ensures reliable performance and seamless integration with our installations.

Plots 1–6 have now successfully reached full brickwork completion, marking a significant milestone in the build schedule. Several of these plots have also progressed to the internal finish stages, with plaster boarding and plastering already completed. This puts them in an excellent position for the upcoming phases of work, including the installation of joinery, mechanical and electrical components, and the initial decorating stages. The project remains on track, with each plot advancing smoothly through its planned construction timeline.
