This week, we are pleased to announce the completion of the staircase installations in two of our Type B houses. Elegantly finished with spindles, handcrafted by Custom Precision Joinery and fitted by CTL Joinery. Featuring solid oak handrails, these staircases add both character and timeless beauty to these homes, serving as a striking architectural feature that blends craftsmanship with premium materials.

We are also excited to share that Plot 5 has now been officially pegged out, marking the next phase of development in our Bunbury project. Stay tuned as we continue to bring this beautiful space to life!
