Work on Plots 7 and 8 is progressing well, with the kitchens now selected and successfully installed. These beautiful kitchen units are the Clark Gloss Sandstone range, chosen for their contemporary style and clean, elegant finish.

Designed with both practicality and style in mind, the layout provides a spacious and functional environment that works equally well for everyday cooking, family gatherings, and entertaining guests.

A separate utility room provides valuable additional space, designed to keep everyday household tasks conveniently organised while maintaining the clean, open feel of the main kitchen area.

Elsewhere on site, the drainage pump housing supplied by TT Pumps has now been delivered and will soon be installed. Once in place, this system will provide submersible drainage for the site, forming an important part of the overall infrastructure.

The installation will help ensure efficient management of surface and groundwater, supporting the long-term performance and reliability of the site’s drainage network.
