We have had an exceptionally productive week with TP Construction diligently working on-site. Their current focus is on excavating the footings for our upcoming two properties, a critical step in ensuring the structural integrity of these new developments.

In Plot 7, significant progress has been made. The kitchen area has been meticulously boarded, and preparations are underway for the plastering process, which is expected to commence shortly. This phase is crucial for creating a smooth and durable surface for subsequent finishing touches.

Furthermore, the living room in Plot 7 has also been expertly boarded. This advancement not only marks a major milestone in our construction timeline but also sets the stage for the next steps, which include electrical installations, plastering, and eventual interior detailing. Our team remains committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency throughout the construction process.
