This week, our bricklaying team has made excellent progress on Plot 5, with substantial advancement in both the blockwork and brickwork. Their consistent effort and attention to detail have kept us on track with the construction schedule, and the quality of workmanship continues to meet our high standards.

The roof trusses for Plot 5 have already been delivered to site courtesy from our supplier TG Builders and are scheduled to be installed within the next two weeks, marking another key milestone in the build programme.

Elsewhere on site, the DPC (damp-proof course) has been completed throughout Plot 4, preparing the property for the installation of underfloor heating by our plumber @Finnies Heating & Plumbing
