Progress continues at pace on Plots 1 and 3, where significant milestones are being achieved. This week, our skilled team of joiners from CTL Joinery successfully installed the roof joists, marking a key stage in the structural framework and moving us one step closer to completing the build.

Next week, our roofing team will be on site to install Marley Edgemere slate tiles on Plots 1 and 3, continuing the steady progress of the development.

Elsewhere on site, our team of tilers at CS Tiling recently returned to site to complete the ground floor tiling in two of our Type B properties. The elegant Limestone White tiles, supplied by Junction8 Tile and Stone, provide a clean and refined finish.
